The company's business scope covers scientific research and technical services, consulting and investigation services. It is a professional organization engaged in metrology and testing services, technical consulting, technical development and sales of national standard substances and national standard solutions.

On March 25, 2021, it officially passed the review of the Market Supervision Administration of Xiqing District, Tianjin, was granted administrative license, and obtained the qualification certificate of inspection and testing institution. On January 20, 2022, after passing the assessment by the Tianjin Agriculture and Rural Committee, a certificate of qualification for agricultural product quality and safety testing institutions was issued.
